India supplanted Pakistan from the apex of the ODI standings, while simultaneously holding sway over England in the T20I rankings. In the longest format, they occupy the foremost position, with Australia closely trailing behind. India has now firmly established itself as the premier ODI team globally, boasting an impressive rating of 116 and accumulating an astounding 4,864 points. The victory in the inaugural ODI propelled India (116 rating points) to dislodge their longstanding rivals Pakistan (115) from the summit of the rankings.
