The National Testing Agency (NTA) is scheduled to conclude the registration window (with a late fee) for the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) entrance test 2024 today, on January 8, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to visit the official NIFT website, i.e., nift.ac.in, for the registration process.
From January 4 to 8, candidates have had the opportunity to apply for NIFT 2024 with a late fee of Rs 5000. NTA initiated the registration for the NIFT 2024 examination on December 5, 2023. The NIFT 2024 entrance examination is slated to take place on February 5 in 60 cities across India. Here are the steps for candidates to register for the NIFT 2024 entrance test:
Step 1: Visit the official website, nift.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click the link that reads, ‘NIFT 2023 registration open.’
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Register and fill in the application.
Step 5: Submit the required documents and pay the application fee.
Step 6: Complete the submission process and take a printout for future reference.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
For Bachelor’s Programmes (B Des & BF Tech), the maximum age should be less than 24 years from 1st August of the admission year. The upper age limit may be relaxed by 5 (five) years for candidates of SC/ST/PWD categories. There is no age limit for Master’s Programmes (M Des, M F M, and M FTech) and PhD.
