Sri Lanka’s Nadeesha Dilhan Lekamge Hatarabage secured the silver medal with a throw of 61.57 meters, while China’s Huihui Lyu claimed the bronze with a throw measuring 61.29 meters.
Rani’s performance throughout the competition was exceptional. She initiated her campaign with a throw covering 56.99 meters in her first attempt, and her subsequent throws consistently exceeded the 60-meter mark. It was her remarkable throw of 61.28 meters in her second attempt that firmly placed her in contention for a medal.
