NEET SS 2026 Examination Details

The NEET SS 2026 examination was conducted in a computer-based format on December 26 and 27, 2025. The exam was held over two days to accommodate candidates from various super speciality disciplines. Each paper had a duration of 2.5 hours, during which candidates were required to answer multiple-choice questions designed to assess their advanced medical knowledge and specialization-specific expertise.

The results of NEET SS 2026 were officially declared earlier on January 23, 2026. Following the result declaration, NBEMS has now made the individual scorecards available for download. These scorecards provide detailed information regarding the candidate’s performance and will play a crucial role during the counselling and seat allotment process.

Availability of Scorecards

NBEMS has clarified that the NEET SS 2026 scorecards will remain accessible for download on the official website for six months only from the date of release. Candidates are strongly advised to download and save their scorecards well in advance to avoid any inconvenience later. After the stipulated period, the download link may be deactivated, and obtaining the scorecard could become more complicated.

It is recommended that candidates keep both digital and printed copies of the scorecard for future reference, particularly during document verification and admission formalities.

Importance of the NEET SS Scorecard

The NEET SS scorecard is an essential document for candidates seeking admission to super speciality medical courses. It contains critical information such as:

  • Candidate’s name
  • Roll number
  • Specialty or group appeared for
  • Marks obtained
  • Overall rank
  • Qualifying status

During the counselling process, candidates will be required to present their scorecards as proof of eligibility and merit. Therefore, ensuring that all details mentioned on the scorecard are accurate is extremely important. In case of any discrepancies, candidates should immediately contact NBEMS authorities for clarification and correction.

Candidates can follow the step-by-step process below to download their NEET SS 2026 scorecard:

A login window will appear on the screen. Enter your User ID and password as registered during the application process.

Carefully enter the captcha characters displayed on the screen to verify that you are not a robot.
  6. Access the Scorecard
After successful login, your NEET SS 2026 scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
  7. Download and Save
Verify all the details mentioned on the scorecard. Download the PDF file and save it securely on your device. It is advisable to take a printout for counselling and admission purposes.

What to Check on the Scorecard

After downloading the scorecard, candidates should thoroughly review all the information provided. Pay special attention to personal details such as name and roll number to ensure they match official records. Additionally, confirm that the specialty/group mentioned is correct and that the marks and rank displayed correspond to your performance.

Any error or discrepancy should be reported promptly through the official communication channels of NBEMS. Addressing such issues early can prevent complications during the counselling process.

Counselling and Admission Process

With the release of the NEET SS 2026 scorecards, the next important phase for candidates is the counselling process. Admission to super speciality courses will be conducted based on the merit list prepared from the NEET SS scores. Eligible candidates will be invited to participate in counselling sessions, where they can select their preferred institutions and specialties based on availability and rank.

Candidates must ensure that all required documents, including the NEET SS 2026 scorecard, identity proof, medical registration certificates, and academic records, are readily available during the counselling process. Keeping documents organized and prepared in advance will help avoid last-minute stress.

Key Points to Remember

  • The NEET SS 2026 examination was held on December 26 and 27, 2025.
  • Results were declared on January 23, 2026.
  • The scorecard download link is now active on natboard.edu.in.
  • Candidates must log in using their User ID and password.
  • Scorecards will remain available online for six months only.
  • The scorecard is mandatory for counselling and admission procedures.

Final Advisory for Candidates

Candidates are advised not to delay downloading their scorecards. Given the limited availability period of six months, it is prudent to download and store multiple copies—both digitally and in printed form. Keeping backup copies in email or cloud storage can also be helpful.

The release of the NEET SS 2026 scorecard marks a significant milestone in the admission journey for super speciality aspirants. With the results now accessible, candidates can confidently proceed toward securing seats in their desired medical institutions. Staying updated with official notifications from NBEMS regarding counselling schedules and further instructions is equally important.

Applicants should regularly check the official website for updates and ensure that they adhere to all deadlines and guidelines issued by the authorities. Proper preparation and timely action will help candidates smoothly navigate the remaining stages of the admission process.
